Can I buy products at the event?
Yes! Most brands will be selling directly at their booths, and many will have exclusive FFM only deals.
Are there any exclusive launches or promos?
Yes, some brands will be launching new scents or offering limited-time deals only during FFM.
Will there be influencers or KOLs?
Yes, selected KOLs and creators will be attending, and creating content during the event.
Is the event content-friendly?
Definitely. FFM is designed to be content-friendly, with aesthetic booths and spaces for photos / videos.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available at the mall.
Is the event space accessible by public transport?
Yes, the venue at Pavilion Bukit Jalil is accessible via public transport.
The nearest station is:
- LRT Bukit Jalil Station (Sri Petaling Line)
From the station, you can:
- Take a short Grab ride (around 5-10minutes)
- Or a shuttle bus (if available)
Is the event suitable for beginners in fragrance?
Yes! Whether you’re new or experiences, FFM is designed to be fun and educational.
Will there be a schedule for activities?
Yes, a full schedule (performances, activities, lucky draws, etc.) will be released closer to the event date.

Who can join as a vendor?
We welcome:
- Perfume & fragrance brands.
- Body care / scented product brands.
- Lifestyle brands related to scent & self-care.
We prioritize brands that align with the fragrance & sensory experience theme of FFM.
How do I apply as a vendor?
- Go to EVENTS Menu of this website and select Future Events. Then select FFM3.0
- Click Book a Space button.
- 4 categories booth will be displayed. Click booth you wish to book.
- Under Booth Type dropdown, select booth type based on color.
- Next, click Booth Number dropdown list and select booth you like (only vacant booth will be listed).
- Booth price will be listed. Click ADD TO CART button to proceed.
- When Shopping cart menu is displayed, click CHECKOUT button to proceed.
- Enter all information requested at BILLING DETAILS page.
- When completed, click PLACE ORDER button under YOUR ORDER section at the right side.
- If everything OK, your order will be saved. FFM team will contact you via email within 24 hours regarding the result of your booking.
- In the email will be stated booking status and if approved, also the payment method.
- Each application will be given due consideration based on the criteria we have determined.
What does the vendor package include?
- Booth space.
- Brand exposure on FFM social media.
- Access to live session opportunities.
What will be provided?
An empty space with:
– 1 x 13amp power point
– 1 x mini dustbin
– 2 x foldable chair
– 1 x payment terminal
Are there limited vendor slots?
Yes. We curate brands to maintain quality and avoid oversaturation, so slots are limited.
Can I choose my booth location?
Yes, you can choose your booth location. Kindly select your preferred booth location that
you want during the booking process.
What products can I sell?
You can sell:
- Perfumes & fragrance-related products
- Body care / scented items
You CANNOT sell:
- Non-relevant categories (unless approved)
Can I run promotions or discounts?
Yes! In fact, exclusive FFM deals are highly encouraged to attract visitors.
Will there be marketing support?
Yes, vendors will receive:
- Exposure on FFM social media (via repost photos or videos)
Can my brand be featured in live sessions?
Yes, live session slots are available as an add-on or selected feature.
Will there be KOLs or creators at the event?
Yes. Selected KOLs and creators will attend and create content during the event.
Can I collaborate with creators during FFM?
Yes! Vendors are encouraged to:
- Connect with creators
- Arrange on-ground content collaborations
Do I need to prepare my own booth setup?
Yes, vendors need to have their own setup by:
- Decorate their booth.
- Bring branding materials.
To make your booth more attractive & content-friendly.
What payment terms are required?
- Deposit required to secure slot.
- Full payment before event date (based on the invoice provided).
- Details will be shared upon confirmation.
What happens after I apply?
- Application review.
- Approval confirmation.
- Payment to secure slot.
- Vendor briefing & preparation
How long does it take to get the confirmation?
- 2 – 3 working days.
Will there be a vendor briefing?
Yes, all confirmed vendors will receive a briefing guide session before the event.
Can I share my booth with another brand?
Sharing is not allowed unless approved by the organizer.
What if I need to cancel?
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Changes may be considered case-by-case
Will there be crowd traffic?
We are actively driving traffic through:
- Paid ads.
- KOL marketing.
- Community reach.
- Content campaigns.
Is this event suitable for new brands?
Yes, FFM is a great platform for:
